Pizza Pandesal @ Kitch's Café

Kitch’ Café opened its doors to bloggers a few weeks ago and let them experience Global Comfort through the unique dish that was served.

The perfect words to describe the place would be, nice-cozy-nook tucked in the colossal city of Makati. The two floored café is a haven to those who wants to taste EuroAmerAsian dishes or just enjoy a hot cup of coffee.

The individuals behind the café are as accommodating as the place itself. The beginning of the café is also interesting as the dishes that they serve. The three Chefs’ (Eugene, Mark, & Mildred) that greeted us that night is known to be food stylist, and food consultants. Their combined food passion marked the foundation of the café.

Kitch’ Café introduced a whole new way to eat and enjoy the Filipino’s favorite comfort food of all time, Pandesal. This common food usually enjoyed by Filipino’s was reinvented by the Chef Eugene and Chef Mark

Pizza Pandesal is the newest in Kitch’s Café’s menu. The dough made for pizza is the same dough that they use to make their best tasting traditional Pandesal. Baking their Pandesal daily is their not-so-secret recipe.

These are the 7 Pizza Pandesal treats that we enjoyed that night. The bloggers were challenged to try all and choose which among the 7 flavors their vote is.

Tinapang Bangus w/ Cheese
The Tinapang Bangus is a perfect breakfast set. The most unique topping for me and almost all the bloggers is the Tinapa. The Tinapa is very tasty and is perfect with the tomato based sauce.

Pizza Verde
My number one choice! I’m being biased because I love pesto, and I love it more in Pandesal. This pizza is an offering for their vegetarian customers. Very healthy and delicious treat!

Kesong Puti & Sun-dried Tomatoes
The Sun-dried Tomatoes is the highlight of this pizza.

Hungarian Sausage
Meat Lovers, this is for you. The spiciness of the sausage is tolerable and just right for the taste buds.

Peking Chicken
Peking Chicken Breast is the combined with oyster and hoisin asian condiment, making this dish truly Asian.

Chicken Curry
You would have thought by now what this dish tastes like. Yes, Chicken Curry inspired pizza.

Fig & Bleu Cheese
A different kind of cheese in your pizza is what makes this unique.

It was a pizza-rrefic night for everyone. We truly enjoyed all the pizza, in fact, almost all flavors are voted for.  Besides from the pizza, they also serve sandwiches, pasta and rice meals.
If you want a different kind of dish and a comfy kind of spot, Kitch’s Café is just the place for you.
