Sweet Gastronomic Experience at Sweet Bella Cafe

The success of the 1st Sweet Bella Café store led to another soon to be successful 2nd store in Greenbelt 5.

Sweet Bella Café owner, Cristina Santiago-Rivera (daughter of Melo Santiago, renowned restaurateur behind Melo’s Steakhouse) cooks up additional dishes in her menu for the 2nd store in Greenbelt 5.

The menu offers a gastronomic experience from start to finish. Let me show you what I’m talking about.

Sweet Beginnings of Sweet Bella Café

Life is uncertain. Eat dessert first. – Ernestine Ulmer

Everybody loves dessert. Period. Some people even prefers dessert over the main course. As a child, I began to like chocolates as a prize and something I should work hard for. The story of Sweet Bella starts with Cristina Santiago-Rivera and her passion for creating the most desirable dessert anyone can imagine.

Cristina “Tin Tin” Santiago-Rivera is an accomplished pastry chef and a very loving mother. She graduated from California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, USA and came back to Manila to follow the footsteps of her Dad, Melo Santiago, the renowned restaurateur behind Melo’s Steakhouse.

Sweet Bella Cafe, named after her only daughter, Isabella, began as a home based dessert bar in 2006. Since then, her fervour in making only the most delectable desserts and unforgettable experience to the palate led to the inception of Sweet Bella Desserts, now known as Sweet Bella Café.
