It's not too late to try out the Flavors of Thailand at Marriott Hotel Manila. From August 1 to 31, satisfy your taste buds with a delicious showcase of authentic Thai dishes by Thai chef Thanathorn Krobsuay flown all the way from one of the most contemporary Marriott properties in Asia, the JW Marriott Bangkok.

Thai cuisine is one of the Asia's most favorite cuisine and is gaining popularity worldwide with its worth relishing taste. Thai cuisine is also on my top list of favorite dishes, especially if it's buffet! I was invited with other bloggers to try out the Thai buffet @ Marriott Hotel Manila, let's see what they have.

Here are some of the dishes that Chef Krobsuay prepare for us to take pictures with and taste!

Pumpkin Cake - not your usual dessert :)

Deep Fried Pork Canapes

Spicy Fish Fillet

Som Tum (spicy green papaya salad)

I had two plates then dessert. I remembered Dad's tip in eating buffet, don't eat too much rice, or better yet don't eat rice at all or else, you will be/feel full easily thus ending up not tasting all the food available. And so I have a patter every time I will eat in buffets!

First Plate - I started with everything under the sea! SEAFOODS! There's crab, shrimps, clams, and fish fillet.

Second Plate - Carnivore mode. All neat MEATS!

For my third plate, (which I can't find the picture) I tried their Thai Specialties, Spicy wok fried seafood, Phad Thai, Green Curry with Chicken and Thai Rice.

I didn't take a lot of picture and i actually created a collage for all the buffet sections that I visited, check it out!

Their fresh bread with various bread partner such as different kinds of cheese.

Their freshly baked breads at the cafe is always on sale when the clock strikes 8pm.

Seafood Cold Cuts - you either eat it like that or have it grilled

Meet Section, from steak to fried to grilled!

Meat cold cuts

For dessert, they have Kanom Thai Ruam, its a selection of Thia Royal Desserts!

I tried the Thai Ice cream and Chocolate Ice cream. All Ice creams are homemade.

very wide variety of cake selection!

The Cafe sells cookies and chocolates, but don't expect a reasonable prize.

Yes, they have fruits! Some fruits even is not always available at your fave fruit stand :)

It was a gastronomic night! I enjoyed the amazingly sweet and salty balance of tastes! Eat and win!
